Do You Qualify for Medical Marijuana?

Our physicians can diagnose and certify chronic pain, muscle spasms, spasticity, chronic nausea, cyclic vomiting syndrome, and post-traumatic stress disorder. We do not diagnose cancer, epilepsy, or multiple sclerosis. Please see an appropriate specialist for diagnosis and bring this documentation with you to your appointment. We also require outside physician documentation for any patients under 18 years of age regardless of underlying condition.
