Service Description

Have your medical cannabis card printed and laminated for long-term durability. This service is available for in-office pick-up or delivery via mail. We will use your credentials to log into your patient portal, print & laminate your card, and notify you when it's ready. We offer this service to all patients, regardless of whether you received your certification from our office or a different provider. We will notify you via email and/or text when your card is ready or has been mailed to you. Please allow up to 5 business days to receive your card.
