In-office appointment for existing patients to renew certification.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made in advance or due to failure to qualify may be refunded. Cancellations made less than seventy two (72) hours (i.e. 3 days) in advance will incur a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than twenty four (24) hours (i.e. day before) in advance are nonrefundable. We also provide for one appointment rescheduling free of charge. Subsequent reschedule requests may be subject to a $25 fee. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS AFTER YOUR APPOINTMENT AND ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATION FOR ANY REASON. This includes your patient registration application being denied by the state (please check with the Office of Medical Cannabis at 833-727-2828 for clarification on eligibility prior to your appointment if you have a felony offense that will appear on a background check).
