Five easy steps to legal Medical Marijuana
Follow our simple, step-by-step process to get your medical marijuana card in Kentucky. From your initial consultation to receiving your certification, we’ll guide you every step of the way to ensure you’re legally approved and ready for safe access to medical marijuana.
Make an appointment with us via our website
KYMMC operates by appointment only. In accordance with Kentucky law, all new patient appointments must be conducted in-person; however, annual follow-up appointments can conveniently be completed via telehealth.
Meet with our physician
On the day of your appointment, you'll visit our office in the heart of downtown NuLu. There, you'll meet with our board-certified physician who will assess your eligibility and guide you through the next steps of the process.
Complete your final application online
During your appointment, we'll show you how to accept our certification and finalize your application online with the Kentucky Office of Medical Cannabis. For further information, please visit the link below.
Receive your digital certification card
Kentucky dispensaries are opening soon
After your application is approved by the Kentucky Office of Medical Cannabis, you'll receive your digital certification card via email.

Once they open, you may visit any licensed dispensary in the Commonwealth to purchase the products that meet your medical needs.
